Charles was born on April 28, 1962 in Norwood and was a graduate of Foxborough High School. He married his wife Martha (Hanscom) on April 15, 1995 in Mansfield. He was a member of the Foxborough Fish & Game and the Sharon American Legion. Loving husband of Martha (Hanscom) Rennie. Step father of Shannon (Pezzano) Riley and her husband Todd of Attleboro, Kendra Riley of Foxborough, Jason Riley of Mansfield and Andrea Kenneally. Grandfather of Ariana, Alyssa, Mason, Jason, Nicholas and Alex. Brother of James Rennie, Robert Rennie and Michelle Kelley, all of Foxborough and the late Mary Hebert, John Rennie and Michael Rennie.
