The scholarship will pay the program fee for Barrett to participate in the American Association of Teachers of German Summer Study Program in Germany this summer. Barrett is in her fourth semester of German with Frau (Mrs. The ideal scholarship recipients are students who have demonstrated interest in diverse languages and cultures and who have a sincere interest in applying the study abroad experience to the promotion of cross-cultural understanding.
