AchievementsF. Warren Pitcher of West Des Moines, a senior volunteer with The Blood Center of Iowa, has been selected as the recipient of the Humana Starlight Award, honoring the efforts of senior citizens who volunteer in the Des Moines area. In recognition of his service, Humana awarded a one-time $10,000 grant to The Blood Center of Iowa.
