How do i get my ex back when he has a g/f?

OK i started wealthy out with a guy His name lets just say Franky and we met at a party.Went out on May 30th.BTW he lives in Napa Ca We would text each other every night it was cute and bull I Really loved him he meant everything to me.His mom got into our relationship she said she didn't like me and she send me a text bulletin saying "I don't want you to call or text my son,you little brat,Find someone your own age and if you don't i will have to speak to you personally"When she send me that i was like devastated because yea i skilful i loved him So then the next day he send me a message from his cousins phone saying am sorry it was my mom who send the message it wasn't me and she took my phone away.So i forgave him and we established things.While his mom have him back his phone we talked well through his cousins Lets put his name as Arturo OK so then like July he gave him back his phone and we started testing every evening and stuff then like 2 weeks later she found out we were going out again so she took his phone again away But before she took it away she made him call me saying it was over and like i didn't answerable for him because i had my reasons so then he text ed me saying oh i don't want to know nothing about you no more and stuff so then i was like why hes like because i don't,i don't like you and i am to under age for you.So at that moment i was like shocked because i knew he don't care about age because he told me.Next the day after i was in summer school in the gym and he called my friends phone from Arturo's phone so then his like am base please forgive me it was my mom you know how she is please forgive me so i got back with him and then yea we talked and stuff but he didn't have his phone so he would call me like every week or every two weeks so then by September i made a determination i told his cousin to tell him it was over (yea now i really regret doing that) so then yea i moved on not really but yea.and by the time it was my birthday whichh is still September i met this guy his name lets say Joey so i went out with with him for like 3 days yea thinks didn'tt calling out and really i never liked him.Who i really liked is Franky so then i tried talking to Franky but his cousin Arturo wouldn't let me Yea next he came on Nov 7th and i asked him if we could get back together he said no reason well he put the excuse of the communication thing and yea.So yea i started crying i was likeSO sad But then i talked to him on my space and on the phone and effects from his cousins phone so then on December i asked him again if we could get back together and he said no cause he was with someone already so i said OK and stuff so then like a few days ago i asked him again but this once upon a time i did him a long letter of apology and stuff and he said no cause hes with someone who really loves him for reals i hypothesis he was trying to say that didn't love him and stuff.So then i added the girl and she like told me i don't want you to do nothing to respite us up and i mean sdoesn'tsn't even like him.She just wants to be with him idk why and ye a she treats him like crap and shit and well i in actuality want to get back with him but i don't know if he still likes me when he came for Nov 7 he told me he did and i don't know if hes like lieing cause Nov 17 he got with that frail and its just so confusing any advice ? :| BTW his mom said the age thing cause am 1 year and a half older then him

well he sounds like a wanna be sportswoman and a jerk leave him alone and find someone new when je wantas u back say no it gna b hard
